Shellharbour Beachside nails the experience it provides in its name.

And the NSW seaside Tourist Park comes through with exceptional leisure and pleasure options supported by a range of accommodation on a headland with sweeping views of Shellharbour and South Beach.

White sand, sound of waves, swimming, surfing and beach fishing in the heart of The Illawarra region make the park location unique.

Shellharbour Beachside has been transformed in the 12  months it has been under Core Tourism Management. Summer guests are impressed with freshly painted cabins and cottages. Accommodation includes Beach Cottages, Spa Cabins and Park Cabins, plus Powered Sites for caravanners and campers.

Improvements to Shellharbour Beachside are ongoing and park and cottage barbecues are being replaced with units from leading industry supplier Christie.

Wollongong, 22km from the Tourist Park, is city enough to add bustle to an Illawarra holiday while Kiama, about 14km away, and its internationally famous Blowhole are a nearby natural 'must do' attraction.

When seas roll in right the Kiama Blowhole spouts foaming seawater 25m skyward. The Illawarra is a coastal region of NSW immediately south of Sydney and north of the Shoalhaven or South Coast region.

The Tourist Park has room to manoeuvre and it can handle Recreational Vehicles (RV's) to 10m.
