In its 52nd year Victoria’s annual Caravan Camping & Touring Supershow at Caulfield Racecourse which opened on Wednesday , May 17 and runs to 4pm on Tuesday the 23rd is the biggest ever on giving visitors the best information from people who know what they are on about.

For example - Victorian Caravan, Camping and Touring SuperShow Executive Officer, Peter Wright told Go SeeAustralia today - "Travelling with Pets is a hot topic so we have deliberately targeted TV vet Dr Harry Cooper to talk at our Show on Thursday May 18 only. The topic is "Travelling with pets"

"We also did a feature on the "Best Friend Holiday Retreat" at Yarram (Tarra Valley). This is a popular dog park. The park will be screened along with other Recreational Vehicle information on Network 7 and Prime Victoria Show on Coxys’ Big Break Channel 7, Metro Melbourne and PRIME Regional Victoria in conjunction with the SuperShow on Sunday May 14 at 5,30pm," Peter Wright said.

"The physical size of the Victorian Show has actually doubled since 2001," "The increased space accommodates an ever-increasing number of exhibitors and new products plus more visitors who attend each year. In fact this year will be our biggest ever for new model releases," he said.

"We’ve seen a strong trend towards larger sized caravans and motorhomes, driven by the cash rich Baby Boomers, which we expect will continue throughout 2006, "Peter Wright told GoSeeAustralia.

He says he anticipates highlights this year will include Winnebago’s newly released 40 foot Classic motorhome valued at over $580 000, plus Jayco’s recently released Sterling and Destiny models.
