Traralgon dealers response belts cover off responsible caravan sales curved ball question Trent Bishop shows quality Crusader light control options at Traralgon Caravan Sales |
GoSee threw the curved ball first at Trent Bishop of new Gippsland, Victoria dealership Traralgon Caravan Sales.
"Would you sell a caravan to someone who did not have a tow vehicle capable of handling the job?" we asked.
The answer from the Assistant Sales Manager surprised. But his firm "No" response was not the reason. GoSee has heard that before and been around long enough to be disappointed.
What makes the Traralgon Caravan Sales team at 5527 Princes Highway, Traralgon, Victoria worth a second take is the experience which comes with that "No".
GoSee was on the sales side of the caravanning industry counter at the invitation of Helen Marshall, Marketing Manager and Director Graeme Hellings.

Trent shows clever multi-fold idea |
Graeme and Chris Hellings make things happen. With managers Barry and Denise Stewart they transformed nearby Park Lane Tourist Park from two to four and half STARS under the AAA Tourism accommodation rating system.
Traralgon's Mayfair Gardens Relocatable Homes Village is a Hellings project. Graeme and Chris Hellings and their son Luke run Mayfair Gardens like a village.
The practical family took a big risk when Latrobe Valley fortunes were at an all time low as work dried up in the valley. But they took a deep breath and started building for the future. Graeme who is a registered builder of relocatable homes says he believed it would work. The results are impressive.
So is their Green Acres Relocatable Home Village Traralgon which offers a home from $130,000 to $165,00 for over 55's.
It is aimed squarely at providing practical answers to a proven prime directive for living for older Australians - don't leave it too late to live!
Traralgon Caravan Sales is the latest Hellings operation handling Crusader, Regal and Olympic caravans and Bulloak camper trailers. Typically everyone involved has extensive camping and caravan park experience and uses and enjoys caravans and Recreational Vehicles.

Trent tensions the Crusader awning |
It is that practical experience that drives a rock solid policy which means no caravan buyer leaves the big Traralgon Caravan Sales yard towing with a vehicle which is not suited to the job.
None of the Traralgon Caravan Sales team want that outcome on their conscience they are into doing the right thing with responsible sales, correct caravan towing setup, and advice on suitable tow vehicles. They will also assist with caravan floor-plan design.
Traralgon Caravan Sales uses the free Hayman Reese GoSee TravelSmart Club member towing compatibility module on GoSee. They also support GoSee and Registered Training Organisations like Tow Ed on the value of RTO training for caravanners and Recreational Vehicle users.
This type of responsible selling and owner education is now pro-active in the Industry.
GoSee is impressed with the layout options, design and finish of the Crusader caravans in the Traralgon Caravan Sales yard. They look good and certainly make a good first impression on first time caravan buyers.
But GoSee believes the Crusader range from 16ft to 21ft 6in. will interest caravan buyers who have owned a variety of caravans.
People who have practical experience will like the high standards of the caravan and pop-top Crusaders from the Victorian builder.
GoSee particularly liked the Inspiration model with a tare of 2150kg which, as its name suggests, is original in its layout, design and presentation. Finish and attention to detail is above average.
GoSee includes pictures to illustrate this better than average result.
Traralgon Caravan Sales will hold their Grand Opening on Friday 4, Sat 5th, Sunday 6th of December. www.traralgoncaravans.com.au
