"Would you sell a caravan to someone who did not have a tow vehicle capable of handling the job?" we asked.

Traralgon's Mayfair Gardens Relocatable Homes Village is a Hellings project. Graeme and Chris Hellings and their son Luke run Mayfair Gardens like a village.
The practical family took a big risk when Latrobe Valley fortunes were at an all time low as work dried up in the valley. But they took a deep breath and started building for the future. Graeme who is a registered builder of relocatable homes says he believed it would work. The results are impressive.
So is their Green Acres Relocatable Home Village Traralgon which offers a home from $130,000 to $165,00 for over 55's.
It is aimed squarely at providing practical answers to a proven prime directive for living for older Australians - don't leave it too late to live!
Traralgon Caravan Sales is the latest Hellings operation handling Crusader, Regal and Olympic caravans and Bulloak camper trailers. Typically everyone involved has extensive camping and caravan park experience and uses and enjoys caravans and Recreational Vehicles.
