Lanis Holiday Island is situated in the heart of Forster on beautiful Wallis Lake. When you visit the Great Lakes Region of NSW the Natural Attractions make each day special.
Gorgeous beaches, aqua-blue waterways, lush rainforest, remote walking tracks with awe inspiring views, thriving wildlife and much much more!
Lanis Holiday Island accommodation options include ensuite Family Spa Cabins, Cabanas, Cottages, Villas, Bungalows an Lofts, some of which are Pet Friendly! The open plan Huts use the shared bathrooms of the park. All cabins have Austar. Visit our website to see cabin layouts and information, together with up to the minute rates.
Caravanners and Campers can choose from our spacious Ensuite Sites for that extra bit of comfort and privacy, or Powered and Unpowered sites with a choice of grassed or slab. Most sites have water, power and sullage, and outlet to connect to our parks FREE TV cable system. Coax cables are required and are available at reception.
Please phone ahead to confirm availability of sites for vehicles over 8 metres. Pets are welcome on sites but conditions apply.
Lanis Holiday Island boasts a 25 hectare natural bushland island - “ A campers paradise."
The Great Lakes Area has much to offer. If you are wanting a bit of excitement, why not experience a deep sea fishing charter or hire your own boat, have a round of golf at one of our champion golf courses, or explore the many bush walking trails found in our 1000 kms of National Parks in the area.
Don’t miss the experience of swimming with the dolphins, or for something a little more laid back, how about a luncheon sunset cruise on our picturesque Wallis Lake? There are arts craft centres, museums, wineries, fun parks, kayaking and the choice goes on……..
Need time out, then grab a book from our local library and relax by one of our pools or take a leisurely stroll along one of our white sand beaches.
