The town of Narrabri is situated 100 kms from Moree in the north and 110kms from Coonabarabran in the south on the Newell Highway.
BigSky Caravan Park is a quiet park ideally located just OFF the Newell Highway on the bank of the Narrabri Creek, in the town centre of Narrabri. Walk to town, shopsm restaurants, RSL, clubs and pubs etc.
We welcome 5th wheelers, Buses and Caravanners! BigSky Caravan park has plenty of space for big rigs. Other accommodation includes comfortable Ensuite Cabins at very reasonable rates.
Visit beautiful and varied BIGSKY Country. This region has a wealth of natural beauty, especially the Mt Kaputar National Park (view 10% of the state weather permitting), enjoy the spectacular rock formations which were formed 17-21 million years ago, see Sawn Rock, commonly known as the Organ Pipes - made up of Basalt piers.

- The CSIRO Australian Telescope Compact Array (6 radio telescopes, each 22m across) with intgeractive exhibits and free information centre. See the Universe pictorial collection.
- The Australian Cotton Centre -interactive learning about cotton, then take a Cotton Tour during the cotton season, visit the farm and the processing cotton gin ( ask us for the discount voucher when you book in) .
- Visit the manmade Narrabri Lake.
- Walk the Mt Kaputar National Park, and follow the bird trails. Mt Kaputar is the second highest mountain in the state, you can see one tenth of NSW on a clear day. See if you can find one of our pink slugs.
- Visit Yarrie Lake, home of the water sports, fishing and relaxation, youll find birds here too.
- Visit the Seplin Estate Wines and Olive Farm.
