Wilpena Pound Resort & Caravan Park is situated at the entrance to Wilpena Pound in the heart of the Flinders Ranges.
The Caravan Park and Campground has 44 powered sites and literally hundreds of out of the way bush sites. The Campground can also cater for large groups with four Powered Bus Bays. We have recently added two permanent tents, with each tent being able to accommodate up to five people each.
Wilpena Pound Resort & Caravan Park has 60 rooms which have all recently been renovated to 4-star standard. The deluxe Edeowie rooms have cooking facilities. All have ensuite bathroom facilities all are air conditioned and have television. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for families to gather.
Scenic Flights, 4WD Tours, Bushwalking
For many visitors to Wilpena Pound Resort, a combination of organised touring and self-drive adventuring proves to be the most rewarding.
Whilst the Resorts Visitor Information Centre provides planning help for all walks, bush camping and self drive tracks, many 4WD owners prefer to go with a guide either in a tour vehicle in tag -a -long format.
Our guests are exhilarated by flying over the tracks they have already driven and their campsite from a night two before.
