The town of Waikerie is situated on the banks of the beautiful Murray River, a mere 175 kms from Adelaide. Enjoy the winter sunshine or summer tranquility by turning into Waikerie from the Sturt Highway between Blanchetown and Barmera or head towards Morgan and Cadell west of the town.
In the heart of the Riverland, Waikerie is an oasis set amid acres upon acres of citrus plantations. The Murray River and township are within walking distance.
At Waikerie Caravan Parkwe have a variety of accommodation options. We offer 2 bedroom Villas, 2 bedroom Family Units and a Spa Unit for that special weekend away, together with Budget Cabins.
For Caravanners and Campers our spacious powered and unpowered sites can accommodate the largest Motorhome or 5th Wheeler, and our excellent facilities will ensure a fantastic holiday for the whole family!
All ensuite cabins have TV, full kitchen facilities including microwave oven, hotplates and full-size refrigerator, airconditioning, heating, all crockery and cutlery. Linen is supplied to main beds only. Single bed linen can be hired, or you may bring your own.
There are 2 boat ramps nearby which makes Waikerie Caravan Park ideal for all types of boating, waterskiing and other watersports.
If you like exploring on foot, the Waikerie cliff top walk provides splendid views of the Murray and is a great way to spend an afternoon. The International Soaring Centre at Waikerie Airfield can take you up in a glider for a birds-eye view of the Riverland for the more adventurous.
