WORLD FIRST BOUTIQUE AQUARIUM!
Award winning Seahorse World is a “World First” attraction located just 45 minutes north of Launceston in the picturesque Tamar Valley at Beauty Point.
Seahorse World proudly provides an excellent educational experience as well as leading the world in research development to alleviate the plight of wild seahorses.
Seahorse World invites visitors to explore the secret life of seahorses with more seahorses on display than anywhere else in the world, and a fully operational seahorse farm with fish feeding on every tour.
We offer a huge gift shop featuring some of Tasmania’s fine art and craft with something for everyone.
Guided tours depart regularly between 9.30am 3.30pm and offer an educational, interactive experience for the whole family.
Seahorse World also offers specialised tours to cater for:
- Children with special needs
- Pre-school children
- Primary and secondary school students
- Tertiary students the scientific community

9:30 am-4:30 pm, last tour 3.30 pm. June, July, August last tour 3 pm. 7 Days (except Christmas Day)
