VISTA RV Pty Ltd was founded in 2006 with the aim of producing an off-road camper capable of going anywhere a four wheel drive could go. As the design evolved it was determined that a camper/caravan would give ladies the opportunity to enjoy what the Australian Outback and other hard to access destinations have to offer without having to “rough it” under canvas, as well as provide a suitable portable camp site that was as comfortable as it was practical.
THE BIRTH OF THE CROSSOVER
We determined to make our new camper / caravan tough, easy to set up, comfortable and finished to the highest standard. Recent feedback from customers and reviewers has convinced us that we were right.
With the addition of accessories such as a solar panel, full annexe and an en suite, intrepid campers have become fully independent and can go to any chosen destination.
Improvements and upgrades to the current design are an ongoing process at Vista RV. We intend to maintain our position as a leader in innovation and design of high quality campers in Australia.
The Crossover Concept:
Our intention was to identify and ‘fill a gap’ at the upper end of the market. Our solution offers an unequalled configuration and package of features for its market sector.
Body Design
A compact, aerodynamic form reflecting function and purpose. Frontal defensive surfaces address stone damage protection for both the trailer and tow vehicle.
Interior
Designed to achieve a compact, comfortable environment. Layout and function results from careful ergonomic consideration and includes:
Queen size bed – rear half converts to dining configuration.
Kitchen across rear wall with large bench area, sink, Engel fridge, storage space and cutlery drawer.
A wardrobe is included.
Storage space includes seat boxes, rear of seat backs and wall mounted shelves and storage pockets.
An MP3 / CD / radio is standard.
The Vista RV Crossover comes packed with a wide range of standard features, many of which you would expect to see on a caravan that is aimed at the high quality end of the market, and many that you will be suprised to find on a caravan that is designed to travel off-road as easily as it is touring.

NEW! THE VISTA RV TOURING VAN KOMPACT!
The Vista Touring Van Kompact is an innovative caravan / campervan that ticks all of the boxes. The T.V.K is built on a galvanised chassis with hybrid independent suspension with asymmetric lateral links located by two longitudinal control arms with coil springs and shock absorbers.
The T.V.K has many of the advantages of the Crossover, such as the queen size bed which converts to a table and seats, and ample of storage under and behind the seats.
The T.V.K is a shorter version of the Crossover, omitting the rear internal storage and fridge, but still having almost as much exterior access storage as the Crossover. It still has that same aerodynamic shape, ground clearance and towing ability as its big brother.
