The Double D Caravan Park is a small family owned and run park at the southern end of Peak Hill, 49km north of Parkes and 71km south of Dubbo.

The Double D Caravan Park's 15 powered sites ($29) for caravans and five self-contained units are well off the highway and away from noisy trucks.

The sites are all drive through and powered, with flat concrete slabs for parking and a  green grassy verge for table and chairs.

Unpowered sites are $24.  Stay seven nights and pay for six.

Rates change, please check before booking.

The park can handle big RV rigs to 12.19m.

There is a barbecue area which is free.

The cabins are all fully self-contained with air-conditioning and linen is provided free of charge.

Double D Caravan Park is a pet friendly park.
