Sold – for $2500 – nothing!

Jim Carnavas of Brisbane Camperland bid $2500 to become the proud owner of nothing – And he is happy about it!

Jim, President of the CTIA of Queensland blew auctioneer Paul Harrison away when the hammer fell on the all time high price – for nothing.

The auction, in a good cause, was a fun part of Caravanning Australia’s 10th annual National Conference dinner at Melbourne’s Sofitel Hotel.

But when nothing went under the hammer the fund raiser, became a groundbreaker.

As bidding heated up for nothing some real benefits were revealed.

  • It comes in any color you like;

  • It can be anything you want;

  • And any shape.

Spirited bidding from national delegates and guests on a variety of valuable items helped raise $45,000 to assist Tsunami victims, through the Salvation Army.
