BIG4 Beachlands Holiday Park made a BIG impression at the Western Australia State Tourism Awards winning the Best Tourist and Caravan Park Award.

Gavin and Louella Farrell, owner/operators of Beachlands BIG4 Holiday Park, said their committed team and the support of the local community are the key factors in the award win.

The Busselton Holiday Park is located on beautiful Geographe Bay at the gateway to the Margaret River Wine Region, "While our holiday park is a family-run business with a small dedicated team of staff, we host over 12,000 visitors each year and 70 per cent of these holidaymakers are repeat guests or have been recommended by other travellers. We believe this is a reflection on our staff and the friendly local community," Gavin Farrell told GoSeeAustralia.

"It’s our attention to detail, customer service and dedication to continually improve our facilities that sets us apart from our competitors."

Big4 Beachlands Holiday Park has resort-style facilities for caravanning visitors on the caravan and RV trail in Australia.

This includes a heated pool, hydrotherapy spa, playground with ‘Giant Jumping Pillow’, fully-equipped modern campers kitchen, undercover gas barbecues and a ‘Cappo Deck’ for those campers who enjoy a cappuccino while camping.

BIG4 Holiday Parks’ Chief Executive Officer, Terry Goodall, said he was delighted that a member park had received the award.

"With more people choosing driving holidays, the role of the Holiday Park is much more than just a powered campsite. Our customer’s demand more and we are delighted all our parks, including BIG4 Beachlands Holiday Park, offer facilities and services to meet their needs," he said.

"BIG4 Holiday Parks constantly strive to be the leader in the Holiday Park market and Beachlands winning this award is testament to the success of this commitment," he said.
