Goldstream started production with their Gold Wing campers in their first building called the Chook Shed in Pakenham 20 years ago. Business partners and owners Steve Petrovich (Owner of 20 years and Manager) Russell Willmott (Production Manager) and Shaun Noble (Dealer Network Manager) welcomed visitors and guests and thanked staff for their loyalty at the launch.
The business grew over the years and moved to their current factory site in Bald Hills Rd, Pakenham in 2000 producing Campers, Pop Tops and caravans.
In 2010 Goldstream extended into the new building at 12 Endrey Crt Pakenham in 2010 incorporating Administration, RM, Insurance works and accessories shop.
Goldstream's new direction for the coming five years has seen them introduce equipment which will help increase production along with a bench top roller to improve quality to create a home, kitchen, bathroom and laundry feel to their whole range Steve Petrovich said. The new composite Aluminium panel production allows an exciting, wider and cleaner range of interior and exterior colours.
Caravan Trade Industries Association of Victoria Chief Executive Officer, Robert Lucas, said he was was excited with Goldstream's 20th anniversary saying the performance of the RV Industry in Victoria has prompted Tourism Victoria to move forward with RV Industry caravanning and camping over the next two years. In Victorian caravanning and camping puts $1.4b into the economy with the industry employing 5,000 people. 85 percent of caravan, camper and motorhome manufacturing occurs in Victoria. Victoria has the highest number of registered RV's - 131,000, he said.
Cardinia Shire Mayor, Cr Brett Owen congratulated Goldstream on their achievement and commercial value to the shire. Now with Goldstream, Avan and Jurgens, Pakenham is the third largest shire in Australia manufacturing caravans and Recreational Vehicles. Caravanning and camping is all about family holidays and fun together Mayor Owen said.

Now it is at Caulfied Supershow. The powder-coated steel unit just pushes into the ground and stakes a serious holding place for four drinks - cans, stubbies, wine glasses, wine bottles and mugs.

Tram: Only minutes from Number 3 Tram. Caulfield Racecourse is located on the Frankston/Dandenong train line and trains depart at least every 20 minutes from Flinders Street Station in Melbourne. Caulfield train station is only a few hundred metres from the racecourse. The No 3 tram travels regularly from Flinders Street Train Station and takes around 35 minutes.
