There’s nothing quite like waking up to the buzz of wildlife just outside your door, and there’s nothing quite like camping in Australia. At GoSeeAustralia, you can search for powered & unpowered campsites located at holiday destinations across the country, available to book from any device, any time.
Tenters and car campers looking for nothing more than a patch of grass are well looked after by the holiday parks featured on GoSeeAustralia.
How many times have you arrived at a public campground only for there to be no room left for your group? Booking an unpowered campsite gives you reassurance that there’s a secure, private campsite waiting for you on your holiday, while also giving you access to a camp kitchen, flushing toilets, and many other perks that you only get at a holiday park.
GoSeeAustralia brings together hundreds of campsites and caravan parks in dozens of destinations, across every state. So whether you’re looking local or plotting out a lap of the map, our directory simplifies the search by showing you tonnes of different options all in one place.
You can search by destination as well as environment (think coastal, mountain, outback etc.) to help you find an awesome spot to plant your pegs. Don’t forget to use the filters on the left to ensure you find a campsite that ticks all the boxes.
Found one you like? Why not lock it in now using “Instant Book”, that way you can show up with all the payments taken care of. If you’d like to know more about the park, the town or just want to have a yarn, send us your questions via “Request to Book” and we’ll get back to you with all the answers. Don’t forget park owners are readily available to help out too, that’s why we’ve popped their contact details with each listing for you to use.
If you’re new to camping, here’s some pointers to ensure you get the best campsite for your adventure holiday.
Confirm how many people can stay on a single unpowered site, and how many tents are permitted per site.
Always ask about shade. Most holiday parks will have designated tent sites in grassed areas, but not always with trees for privacy and shelter.
Consider proximity to amenities to avoid getting stuck walking long distances in the dark when nature calls at midnight.
